Job Description
The Role
As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for creating a world-class user experience for the Infinure platform. You will be the voice of the user, designing intuitive interfaces and workflows that make our powerful AI capabilities easy to understand, configure, and manage. Your work will directly impact how our clients interact with our data insights, LLM outputs, and automation tools, ensuring a seamless and effective journey from data to action.
What you will do:
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to deeply understand the needs and pain points of our enterprise users.
- Translate business requirements and user insights into intuitive and elegant user interfaces, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Design a cohesive and scalable design system and component library to ensure consistency across the platform.
- Work closely with Product Managers, Data Scientists, and Developers to ensure the feasibility and successful implementation of your designs.
- Design data visualizations and dashboards that effectively communicate complex AI insights and business outcomes.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytical data to continuously improve the user experience.
Who you are:
- 3+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and projects.
- Expertise in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Experience with user research methodologies and a strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
- A keen eye for visual design, typography, and layout.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions to cross-functional teams.
- Experience designing for B2B SaaS platforms and complex data-driven applications is a significant plus.
