Job Description
The Role
As a Solutions Architect, you are the technical liaison between Infinure and our enterprise clients. You will work closely with sales and client success teams to understand client's technical environments and business requirements. Your primary responsibility will be to design and architect the optimal solution for integrating Infinure into a client's existing systems, translating their business challenges into a clear and effective technical implementation plan.
What you will do:
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for prospective and existing clients.
- Lead discovery sessions to deeply understand a client's technology stack, data sources, and business objectives.
- Design and document tailored integration architectures using Infinure's API-first framework.
- Provide technical guidance and best practices to clients' engineering teams during the implementation phase.
- Build proof-of-concepts and technical demonstrations to showcase the value of Infinure's modular capabilities.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to provide valuable feedback from the field, influencing the product roadmap.
Who you are:
- 5+ years of experience in a Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, or similar client-facing technical role.
- Extensive experience with API design, integration patterns, and enterprise software ecosystems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, SAP).
- Strong understanding of data architecture, databases, and ETL processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and drive client success.
- Experience with AI/ML concepts and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a strong plus.
