Job Description
The Role
As an Engagement Manager, you will be the leader of our client engagements, acting as a strategic partner and project head. Drawing from a management consulting background, you will own the end-to-end delivery of our most complex and impactful projects. Your primary responsibility will be to lead a cross-functional team, manage senior client relationships, and ensure our solutions drive tangible, measurable business outcomes. You will translate client challenges into structured projects and oversee the implementation of Infinure's AI suite to deliver significant value.
What you will do:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for senior-level client stakeholders, building trusted and strategic relationships.
- Lead the scoping, planning, and execution of client engagements from start to finish, defining project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Structure and solve complex business problems by applying Infinure's AI capabilities to areas such as acquisition, retention, pricing, and risk assessment.
- Manage and mentor a project team of Growth Consultants, Solutions Architects, and Data Scientists, guiding them to deliver high-quality work and a measurable impact.
- Oversee the implementation and integration of the Infinure platform into the client's technological stack, ensuring a seamless and effective deployment.
- Present findings, recommendations, and results to C-suite and other executive stakeholders, clearly demonstrating the ROI of our solutions.
- Identify opportunities for project expansion and further strategic partnership within existing client accounts.
Who you are:
- 5+ years of experience in a management consulting role, with a proven track record of leading projects or teams. Experience from a top-tier firm (MBB) is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to structure and solve complex, unstructured business problems.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and manage expectations with senior-level clients.
- Strong analytical skills with a clear focus on data-driven decision-making and delivering measurable results.
- A solid understanding of enterprise technology, SaaS platforms, and a strong curiosity for AI and its business applications.
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams concurrently and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
